Lisa Wingert LMT

I attended Bio-Chi Institute of Massage Therapy in Sioux City, Ia.  I have extensive training in several types of massage and bodywork, including Swedish and Deep Tissue massage and Trigger Point Therapy. 

I was born and raised in the Siouxland area and have strong Midwestern values. I am also a nurse and have a passion to help individuals feel and function better.  It is a wonderful feeling when I can help someone feel better and live without pain.
